Better Communication about VA loans
Refinancing could not have been easier. I had heard nightmares from other people, but my entire process was smooth as silk. And I got an amazing rate!
The loan processor tried to do her best to assist me. However, the entire system that PennyMac provided was so unpleasant. The response time was too slow. My loan officer resigned without any notice. I and my agent had to figure out who my next loan officer was for several days. Even the final closing disclosure did not include county tax and some other numbers, which means that PennyMac did not communicate with the title company.
Thank you Penny MAC for a seamless refinance. We truly appreciated Jacob’s courteous assistance and the teams attention to a fast closing!

My only complaint is every time the loan terms changed. I had to reach out and ask the reason why. I do not consider it enough to send me I have new loan documents to review. When I log in and review twice the loan terms changed. With no call of explanation of why.
