My only complaint is every time the loan terms changed. I had to reach out and ask the reason why. I do not consider it enough to send me I have new loan documents to review. When I log in and review twice the loan terms changed. With no call of explanation of why.
Jason was very professional and helpful, im nota computer person and his guidance and patience was a BLESSIN, he told me to take my time try to fill out the paperwork and if i had ne ?'s to ask, which i did, because of my not knowing if i completed the task he sent me.
