All the people we actually spoke with were very nice and worked with us to make sure we were all on the same page. There were a couple of hiccups, but Sharon kept in touch with us to help us through.

Sharon and the Pennymac team were great. From the person I forst spoke to, all the way to closing, the Pennymac team had my application wired tight. Sharon was the best. She was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel as if I were her only customer, though I know better. The overall experience was very satisfying and quik. The knowledge of the process across all levels were contradicting and slow to react. It took over 75 days to close on a simple 30 year refi. No appraisal or survey needed and never had to send multiple verification more than once. Was only asked for paycheck stubs and bank statements. Still! Took over 75 days to close? I do not blame the processor. The back office and the different departments that work to get the loan closed were at fault. Only onsistency was they continued to drop the ball
