Just did a botch job.... Your customer service was very poor and your loan officer did a poor and communication between the loan officer and customer was very poor service. There was mass confusion about the closing..I believe that either you didn't have sufficient help or you just didn't care...
Everything was fast and easy. All the people i had to deal with where pleasant, great, and easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with entire process.

The knowledge of the process across all levels were contradicting and slow to react. It took over 75 days to close on a simple 30 year refi. No appraisal or survey needed and never had to send multiple verification more than once. Was only asked for paycheck stubs and bank statements. Still! Took over 75 days to close? I do not blame the processor. The back office and the different departments that work to get the loan closed were at fault. Only onsistency was they continued to drop the ball
