I usually withhold my high praise, however my VA cash out refinance loan process with PennyMac was outstanding. It went as well as could it be. One objective of mine was to get out from under a HERO loan which PennyMac has allowed me to do. From start to finish PennyMac answered all of my questions or they pointed me in the right direction. I am very happy with the service I was provided. Thank you PennyMac and your team that worked to get this done.

They kept asking for the same documents. We sent some three times. Set a closing date and then we were called to set up a closing date and told them already had one. We were told we needed two witnesses and we didn’t need any. After applying for our loan we continued to get calls and emails asking us if we wanted to apply for a home equity loan And continue to get them even after we’ve closed.

Working with Claudia was a good experience, she took over from the original loan officer and was caught up to speed quickly. It was nice to get some straight answers and her hard work in getting my Re-Fi on the conditions that I needed.
