Having Mariely call every week helped me feel like my loan wasn't lost in the shuffle and it made me feel like things were moving along even if she didn't have much of an update.
First it took three months. It only took 29 days to buy the house. My work addresses where in correct somehow no matter how many times I corrected it. I went a whole month with out hearing from anyone and had to call to find out if they stole my money I paid to lock me in for 60 days and it took over that anyway. Then after the month they needed missing paperwork I already sent them month two they need my work address that wasn’t even close to what I put on the application. Unnecessarily long
From start to finish the entire process was accomplished with efficient professionalism that was a wonderful stress free experience for me, thank you.

Easy and accurate. Due to covid-19 the papers that we signed were done on our own because she could not come in house. So none of those were explained. We just went thru them and signed them. Everything else was good.
