Great communication
Ease of getting from approval to closeing. Insurance seams to be problematic, I had a different insurance agent (I’ve been working with for over 20 years) and I can’t get them on the loan.
Less people to deal with. Should only have to deal with one or two people at the most. Too many indians involved. Need one person to give proper answers to customers. Should not have to wait for answers to questions. I hope this helps.

Everyone I dealt with was very prompt + helpful. It was much easier than I expected.
Easy and accurate. Due to covid-19 the papers that we signed were done on our own because she could not come in house. So none of those were explained. We just went thru them and signed them. Everything else was good.
