The process took way longer than originally stated. I had to provide the same documents several times. It was not communicated to me when something additional was needed until I reached out and asked. I got passed on to different people multiple times throughout the process.
Friendly people willing to answer questions more than once. However, working with more than one person during the process was a bit of a problem.
