Everyone that assisted my process was very helpful and pleasant and professional.
Easy effortless and communication the whole way through. From day one the whole process was quick and well communicated. Either by email or phone call. Every person I spoke to was so happy.

It was a smooth process from start to finish. Thanks to the PennyMac team for putting it all together in a timely and professional manner.
Loan processers need to be accurate with the loan and requirements. My loan took 4xs longer, and when my processor, Alan Croasdale was wrong about the type of.loan and what the stipulations were, he then ignored emails and phone calls placed to him by me. Claudia did however provide excellent customer service.
