Pretty simple and seamless.
Everything was great
When we made the repairs to our shed, we were instructed to call back and request the appraiser to come back immediately. We did that the day the photos were uploaded. The adjuster was never contacted. The day before closing I received a voicemail saying my appointment will be cancelled due to the repairs not being checked off. Which again, we called and requested the adjuster.
