PennyMac should hire hire professional Loan Processors not just Call Center Operators or get out of the Loan Origination business.
It was quick and simple.
We were told that certain pay offs would not be affected..but in the loan and AFTER it closed we got notice from our Bank that a line of credit was closed by PennyMac. When we reached out to our Loan Officer, he stated "This closure is not PennyMac doing, your bank did this. It is NOT our requirement to close an account without notifying you beforehand" We went to the Bank and found the closed note was a request from PennyMac. We were LIED to!!
