The process was very timely.
The communication
The entire process was very easy. I had a few questions, but they were answered very quickly. The whole process was very smooth.
There was little communication unless I called with questions. Same documents requested several times. I was only able to talk with Gwendolyn once. All other times was someone else and they were of little help. We were never told we needed a witness at closing so had to scramble to get one. The only pleasant part of this whole process was we were told to have something like $500 at closing. Instead we told we had something like $1000 coming back to us.
Penny Mac messed up my closing 5 times. Get better.
Everything went smoothly.

Aida and the team she worked for made the whole process smooth and she kept us well informed. I would recommend it for anyone needing or wanting to re-finance.
