There was constant progress without prompting and everything was fully explained.
Great loan team
There was little communication unless I called with questions. Same documents requested several times. I was only able to talk with Gwendolyn once. All other times was someone else and they were of little help. We were never told we needed a witness at closing so had to scramble to get one. The only pleasant part of this whole process was we were told to have something like $500 at closing. Instead we told we had something like $1000 coming back to us.
Timely friendly people with mostly correct info. I feel that the Closing was very confusing in fact we expected the closing to happen on a certain day and no one ever showed up here at our home to sign paperwork. We called PennyMac the next business day and rescheduled it. Other than this it was a good experience overall. The technical parts of sending and receiving documents was trying but this is because we're not real tech savvy.
Lowered my interest rate
Ms. Thompson, was very professional and courteous and any concerns or issues I had she resolved it with a smile. Again, thank you for your excellent service. Rudy Bernardy
