Cut the time and the amount of paperwork. I was already a PennyMac customer, which made a lot of the paperwork kind of reduntant. It also seems to me that one Department could talk to another.

There were delays and trouble for PennyMac getting my credit report. The communication was a little thin during that stretch. I ended up asking about the status and still ended up waiting several days for a response.
