Jelanie Kellar and Blen Alemu were very friendly and informative. The process went very smoothly and fast.
Responsive personnel that addressed me questions in detail. Document request interface very unclear. Website kept saying there were documents that were required that weren't, said that there were documents to review that had been, documents not submitted that had. Fortunately staff were able to tell me to dismiss these inconsistencies but was definitely suboptimal and added stress.
She kept me updated really well and checked on me often to let me know where things were at & asked if I had any questions
Tameka was cordial and professional. She was patient and helpful in answering our questions. She guided us through the process seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with her. Thank you.
Sharon was very professional and polite. She took care of my problems and returned my phone call’s. If it wasn’t for her I would have cancelled my loan. Unlike the loan officer i dealt with you never returned my calls. Thank goodness for Sharon she deserves a raise. Thanks again Sharon
