Responsive personnel that addressed me questions in detail. Document request interface very unclear. Website kept saying there were documents that were required that weren't, said that there were documents to review that had been, documents not submitted that had. Fortunately staff were able to tell me to dismiss these inconsistencies but was definitely suboptimal and added stress.
