Great loan team
The communication
Very fast, from application to closing. Also, never a problem getting in touch with the mtg processor
Emerson and Jesse both worked hard to get us started off right and then get us to the finish line.
The entire process was very easy. I had a few questions, but they were answered very quickly. The whole process was very smooth.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this time I had to. Everyone except Gwendolyn was very helpful. My experience with her was not pleasant. She didn’t return my calls and was not clear in what she needed via email. She kept suggesting I upload the same document that I had already uploaded numerous times through the portal with no further detail or explanation. Jennifer (can’t remember her last name) and Daniel K. were very pleasant to work with when I did get in touch with someone.
