Poor communication through out the whole process.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this time I had to. Everyone except Gwendolyn was very helpful. My experience with her was not pleasant. She didn’t return my calls and was not clear in what she needed via email. She kept suggesting I upload the same document that I had already uploaded numerous times through the portal with no further detail or explanation. Jennifer (can’t remember her last name) and Daniel K. were very pleasant to work with when I did get in touch with someone.
