I appreciated the information about how to refinance my VA loan and save some money. I especially liked the explanation of how the loan would be refinanced and i told several of military buddies about the opportunity and benefits. My closing date was scheduled timely and the actual event was professional and concise, in the comfort of my home. Pennymac representatives did a great job keeping me informed via email and phone calls, providing information about the refi process. Great experience.
People worked very hard to help me get the best rate, and the process was easy.
