Lack of communication between PennyMac Team Members. Example, I provided info to one Team member and another member requested the same data. I was told that a final appraisal inspection was not needed (2x) and come the final day, we had to race to get appraisers back down there to close.

Easy, simple!
My loan officer left in the middle of the process. Communication lagged and the new officer that picked it up was busy and there was no connection. He did what he needed to do.
I was sold a quick, worry free, simple refi process without me having to do anything. The experience was nothing like that. PennyMac was constantly pestering me for 2 months to provide documentation that I could not get and should have been requested by PennyMAC on my behalf.
Exceptional service, the process was timely. Would definitely recommend Penny Mac to my family and friends.
