Closing the loan (a fairly straight forward loan) prior to expiration of the interest rate lock in was truly an exceptional effort that I appreciate. From the timing of the initial call from Cynthia Ackerman to Giovana Oliveira's processing of my application, PennyMac has executed flawlessly & ahead of schedule.
PennyMac is hands down the best.
