Closing the loan (a fairly straight forward loan) prior to expiration of the interest rate lock in was truly an exceptional effort that I appreciate. Since my lock in, interest rates have moved up 0.5%. From the timing of the initial call from Cynthia Ackerman to Giovana Oliveira's processing of my application, PennyMac has executed flawlessly & ahead of schedule.

Nothing more to add. It was great.
My only complaint is with my initial loan person, Nick Bonifacio. He was great up until the appraisal came back, then he was very difficult to reach, not returning my email or voice messages. I had to call back to get a message sent to him and include his manager. Very frustrating since we had questions before the closing. I would rate him a 5.
