Kayla was really instrumental in putting the entire thing together and saving the situation at the last minute. I had special circumstances preventing me from signing the closing documents at the normal deadline. Kayla was instrumental in getting the deadline extended for me to meet my consideration.
PennyMac did a great job closing our cash out loan quickly. They worked with me to resolve issues when my documents would upload, their IT resolved the issue and submitted everything for me in just a few minutes.
Poor communication. Would tells us we could do one thing and they find out we couldn't do that. Over promised and under delivered on multiple occasions. We would try and call or email and no responses back. At the end towards closing we probably talked to 10+ different people there to try and help us out cause we weren't getting anything from Nancy. We really enjoyed PennyMac with our first two homes now this one was not the same. Just really didn't feel like PennyMac cared about us and our time.
Logan was present from the first call to the last check-in for closing. Excellent communication.
