Lack of communication between PennyMac Team Members. Example, I provided info to one Team member and another member requested the same data. I was told that a final appraisal inspection was not needed (2x) and come the final day, we had to race to get appraisers back down there to close.

During the closing process, we had questions about documents, dates and others. We had to consistently email and call to get other agents to find the answers to our questions. No time frame was given to us once we had an offer accepted for the closing documentation. We did our best to get required/requested documents to PennyMac same day as requested. I did not feel the same when it came to Cindy. To the point where we even had our real-estate agent reach out to her a day or two before closing for the required documents. Eve... read more

I was constantly informed throughout the process. It was pretty quick process. It wanted to close sooner, but unfortunately time was not on my side.
