I received a call letting me know that I was eligible for a refinance which I had not known until then and I went for It. Very smooth process.

The whole process went smoothly and in a timely fashion with no delays. All communications were rapid and all parties involved were professional and conducted themselves with the utmost competence.
The process took MUCH longer than we expected. Especially refinancing through our lender of record. PennyMac did deliver the rate and costs promised but they really need to work on their processing time.
It was a smooth and good experience. Elizabeth was very friendly and made the experience better.
Transfer from previous loan was much easier using the same company.
