I did not hear from my loan officer unless I contacted him. I always got another agent. They always had to review my loan application and then fix the problem. (many problems) I was asked for the same information from several different people. When I uploaded my information, the information was not transferred to all responsible parties. I had to tell them I sent the information. I had to contact the title company because I didn't hear back from Penny Mac. Very poor service!!!!

There were major issues each week causing unnecessary stress that came from a lack of communication and decisions that were just incorrect from the underwriter and support team. The only reason I closed on time was because I was constantly calling and fighting for information. I've closed on three houses in 5 years and this was the worst experience of my life. My house was already sold and the house I was buying was empty and should have been a easy closing.

Awesome and seamless experience. Reid was awesome and so was the rest of the team especially the notary personnel that were used. This refinance was great!!!!!

The application process was great but working with the processing agent was horrible. Her lack of communication and follow through was horrible. I need to reach out to the mortgage agent to get the loan moving again and even after that I need to call in and had a call In processing agent help us get through all the documents that were requested but still hadn’t been looked at more then a week after we had sent them into her. I will never work with Pennymac again.

The loan officer and other individuals who worked on our refi, were all very pleasant and got us the best interest rate offered by the VA. We are very satisfied with the outcome of out loan. Mr. Lusk was super nice and made it easy for us to understand the process of proceeding with the refi.
