Fast prompt smart people !
I did not hear from my loan officer unless I contacted him. I always got another agent. They always had to review my loan application and then fix the problem. (many problems) I was asked for the same information from several different people. When I uploaded my information, the information was not transferred to all responsible parties. I had to tell them I sent the information. I had to contact the title company because I didn't hear back from Penny Mac. Very poor service!!!!
The process was quick and easy and over within a little over a week.
Penny Mac made the process very convenient. The last mortgage house I used was a nightmare. Penny Mac was practically effortless. Thank you, Penny Mac for your excellent service.
