There was no communication and I had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on.
I disliked that I was told that I would not have to bring cash to the closing table, but when I received the closing packet and addressed that issue -was given a call back saying it was resolved and go forward with the closing. The day of closing the issue had not been resolved and the same wrong documents were at the closing and when I called the agent while sitting at the closing- there was a completely different story than from when I was told things were well and go forward.
Communication, left message with staff member, I never heard back, I just received emails, after loan was processed, I was suppose to receive money back, the check was sent to the property address and not my mailing address. I was asked during closing meeting where I wanted the check mail too, I gave my mailing address. The renter has to mail the check to me now.

I thought the closing fees that PennyMac charged were extreme and that added to my loan and put me back to where I started 2.5 years ago.
