I wasnt contacted to pick a closing time. I didnt receive closing disclosures until the day of closing. Legally supposed to have it before then. I never got to speak to the same person, when I did they didnt know the answers and when I asked to speak with supervisors they were always in a meeting and when I requested to have them call me when they get out of their meeting I never received a call back. I was told at application that we would close around middle of Jan. Was end of Feb.
David the loan officer sold me on the loan by offering a credit incentive because i was a repeat customer. I was on a budget & I accepted, against the advice of my realtor. Once we opened escrow, the process moved departments and the frustration began, lack of communication & unorganized. I also spend additional money I was not planning and needed to,in order to close escrow on time. Refis might be ok,($ incentive) but not for purchase loans.

I made a payment that I apparently didn't have to make and nobody communicated that to me. Also, no one called to check in with me around closing to to see if I wanted my escrow balance refunded to me prior to closing.

I was told to bring a cashiers check to closing. It was over the amount that Amrock would accept. I was told by three different team memvers that it would be accepted. I called today to ask when my first payment is due. I was told the loan had not closed. So when do I pay, do I pay my old loan still? Who knows.
