Disappointing that I was not told of service charge for money transferred to my checking account other than that great service.
The first loan officer was terrible . Amelia Stratton was very much lacking in her loan skills . I do realize loan officers must learn but she was lacking in knowledge and communication. Please we need more experienced people like Blen Alemu to process the loan approvals.
Fees are extremely high.
Better communication from first person who starts loan not good. Easy way to get ahold of those organizing this loan.
Better flow of communication between myself and the loan processor. A lot of information was wrong.
