Professionalism and sincerity from all of the staff!
Reps confidence and clear communication
PennyMac reached out to me and made offer equal to one I was researching. Ryan was good at helping me along, esp. with the online process
A fast and easy process. The agents I talked to were knowledgeable and very friendly.
The experience was made easy and explained thoroughly and would recommend to others to go through PennyMac for home buying or refinancing.
It seems as though nothing is communicated from one person to another, people say they will call you back after taking down your info and they never do, messages never relayed, etc. In every way the situation could have been mishandled it was.
Very personalized... friendly and easy service!
Easy application to closing process that met our refinancing needs.
Very fast closing, but would like to have talked to the same person throughout the process.
