Very quick closing and process better than expected!
we were kept in loop of information and did not wounder was going on very pleased with the process.
The “nickel and dime” that were being applied to the loan—which were remote (but I’m sure we’re reabsorbed in the loan some how).
Pia and Rosario were very efficient with replying calls, emails, and questions that we had. They did and excellent job.
There was some confusion with the closing documents that were resolved quickly. Uploads just sat there I dont think anyone gets an alert that you have submitted documents. The loan status page has no status only a upload section Everything was relatively easy. I would use this service again.
PennyMac has always been a good company to work with. The people are always kind and professional. I found the DocuSign website a little difficult at times, being unable to see if documents were actually received.
Very quick and professional. It was so easy. The team I worked with was incredible. Will definitely recommend you to friend and family. Thank you.
Did not keep sellers appraised of the process , as a result they lost trust in us as buyers
