Kristin Gtiffin is what made out experience so good!!! Wr had a horrible time with the underwriting and all thr very unnecessary paperwork that they continued to ask for but Kristin was very patient and kept great communication between my realtor,my husband and myself which I truly appreciated. I will be honest if it weren't for Kristin I may have taken my loan somewhere else but do to her I decided to stay with Pennymac.

They respond quick! The process finished about a month which was during Christmas holidays.
At the start Mr. Franklin was very nice explained things etc. Then we got turned over to another person. From then on out we didn’t receive the updates as promised.
Both the loan officer and loan processor provided me with outstanding service ... my refinance was seamless and the process was very efficient!
