This process was a joke from the start. It is unfathomable to think that business conducted the way PennyMac did is in any way ok. Zero communication, missed deadlines repeatedly, missing paperwork, duplicate requests, ZERO communication,the mere fact that this survey asks about Emma is hysterical. I couldn't have talked to Emma if my life depended on it. Despite over a dozen attempts to speak with my loan rep or even her boss, I only spoke to her once. My experience will be shared with BB
It was great!
The only issue was a matter of the closing cost which was set to have been waived, but upon a closer look that is not true. The loan fees and credits were manipulated to reduce the overall cost to paint a picture that would make it appear as if no closing cost were charged when in fact they were.
Quick and excellent throughout the entire process.
I appreciated being communicated with on a weekly basis when we were finishing our closing. Everyone was helpful and supportive when I had clarifying questions. They were patient and explained the process and didn't make me feel like an idiot!
My refinancing process went very well. It was easy and completed in a timely manner.
Ease of access to my Loan officer and assistants. They were always on top of things when I called in and had questions or concerns about the loan. Very good employees!! Just seemed that maybe there could have been a little more voice contact instead everything was run thru the web site and there were things I found out by going to the web site- I did not get a call stating what was missing or what was needed to proceed. Maybe a little more voice contact would have been great.
