This was a rough closing. The loan application with Loan Officer was great. He had good communication. I never had a issue reaching him always had a prompt reply. However, once my loan went under contract, it was near impossible to contact my Loan Specialist. Her phone was usually forwarded to a call center, and many of my emails only saw an automated response. When I did work with her, I found her to be extremely pleasant knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with her.

There was no hiccups once Mr. C. Franklin and Mr. R. Candelaria got involved with my refinance. I enjoyed working with both of them and they made my loan experience smooth. I appreciated being communicated with on a weekly basis when we were finishing our closing. Everyone was helpful and supportive when I had clarifying questions. They were patient and explained the process and didn't make me feel like an idiot!
