During the closing process, we had questions about documents, dates and others. We had to consistently email and call to get other agents to find the answers to our questions. No time frame was given to us once we had an offer accepted for the closing documentation. We did our best to get required/requested documents to PennyMac same day as requested. I was constantly informed throughout the process. It was pretty quick process. It wanted to close sooner, but unfortunately time was not on my side.

I had the BEST experience with the PennyMac team - Layal, Tracy, and all of their team were thorough, positive, quick to respond/communicated clearly, and process my mortgage so that I could close by the sellers deadline!! First of all Shead asked me for the same documents multiple times , I didn’t receive answers in a timely manner & needed to go threw other employees to get them & I’ve been with PennyMac mortgage company with the mortgage I had from the house I sold & can’t understand why the information isn’t in my file already !
