Very step was on point
The entire process was amazing. We knew exactly where we stood along the way, and when things got a little slow, they were sure to call us and keep us in the loop. We were never left wondering what was going on. Also, our closing documents were not correct at first. They were quick to locate and fix the issue, which avoided a ton of confusion and headache. We are so glad to be doing business with PennyMac.
Mykela Gavin is the ONLY reason I would recommend PennyMac. Had it not been for her, this entire process would have been a TOTAL DISASTER. In fact, other than Mykela, I've never dealt with a bunch of incompetent individuals like those who work for PennyMac. First, after my closing on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th), I was led to believe that I would have my funds by that Friday, May 29th. No problems, Went Great
Mr. Darrien Honora, Mr. Wesley Black, and Mrs. Miko Solon were all splendid. They were timely and knew the answers to my questions. Mrs. Alexis Goodman took a long time to answer some of my emails and left others unanswered. As a result, the closing disclosure at my initial closing was incorrect, which had a snowball effect and led to multiple recalculations. This is just my experience and I'm not aware of other circumstances that may have reasonably explained this.
Everything was planned perfectly, professional and responses were in a timely fashion. Extremely pleased with the entire process, effort and customer service provided.
