I delt with mainly three people. All where great. Only issue was a technical one the day before closing, it was postponed and the day of closing. Web site said call between 8am est and 9 pm. I called at 830 no answer, 8 45, 9 & 915. Luckily the title company was able to get a hold of PennyMac.

I’ve purchased a couple houses during my lifetime and have refinanced several times. By far and away Penny Mac is the easiest and less stressful company that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone to at least consider Penny Mac when either purchasing and/or refinancing.
