The process from start to finish was great. i was online looking at the interest rates for refinancing and answered the few questions and by 9:00 AM the next morning i received a call back. Within two hours i was signed and locked in at the interest rate,had all the documents submitted on the next day and that was it. received weekly updates throughout the rest of the process and closing was set up two weeks before the scheduled closing date.

At the beginning of the process I was asked for a documented that was eventually not needed. Throughout the process I was giving an approximate of the monthly payments and the closer we were Getting to closing, the numbers kept incremento c. I was not able to closed on the 31 of October because PennyMac was not able to secure a notary to visit me.
