Robel Moreno and Carolyn Monson were so helpful in answering all of my questions. I'm sure they had many customers but they always made me feel like a priority. They worked around my work schedule, sent reminders, and effectively communicated what was needed from me. Thanks to them, the process was smooth and almost effortless. The portal seemed to be a bit difficult and not working properly. Documents were loaded in a timely manner, but towards the end of the process could not be found and had to be resubmitted. Also, there is an information gap between the human knowledge and what the portal was showing as far as progress goes. It seemed that the portal was a step ahead of where the actual process was in terms of moving through the various loan approval/processing steps.

Having one person control the whole case and contacting the buyer. Instead of three different people calling me from the same place, all requiring the same documents. And also, don't give a close date if you don't know for sure if you can close. I'd rather be told the day of than be told three wrong dates. Its especially hard working nights and needing to sleep during the day.

At the beginning of the process I was asked for a documented that was eventually not needed. Throughout the process I was giving an approximate of the monthly payments and the closer we were Getting to closing, the numbers kept incremento c. I was not able to closed on the 31 of October because PennyMac was not able to secure a notary to visit me.

My refinance couldn’t have gone smoother! Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and made sure my questions were answered. My emails, which were few due to everyone’s thorough information, were answered quickly! I have already recommended PennyMac to my family and friends. Their website and phone app are easy to navigate and make making mortgage payments extremely easy!

We used PennyMac because we already had a loan with them. I thought that would make it easier but it didn't. All information had to be resubmitted. Communication was not always clear as to what was needed and many email questions went back and forth. We closed a little late but not sure if that was PennyMac or the title company that delayed it. A lot of info required for a minimal loan request too! Overall, I gave a great rating because I know ratings matter to a company more than to me.
