Everything with Justen and Corey was great. Got a lot of questions Wednesday to Friday (closing Monday) and had to wait over two hours at the title company for wire transfer and approval to fund. When we sold our home in Wisconsin and closed on that Friday, the closing took less than 15 minutes total and we were out of the office. The guys I worked with are great but the end of the process really left a lot to be desired.
Ryan followed up with us each week via a phone call to provide a status on the loan processing. Always asked if we had questions. Any emails sent were responded to promptly. This made the entire loan process smooth and uncomplicated. Based on this experience, I will be happy to recommend PennyMac to friends and family.
Everything was done in a timely manner. Great customer service!

Ceista Johnson did a great job! My original closing date was 8 of October 2020, sadly it took PennyMac over 90 days to close on my refinance. Also, for no reason pennymac was keep changing my loan officer one after another until Ceista Johnson. She made things happened!! I believe their names were Marquest and Pashe. I recommend to assign one loan officer to customer so everything goes smooth and quick. And this is the main reason why I am grading your over all service at the average line.
Ceista Johnson was clear and effective. I was thinking that we could close early but it was not her fault but our COV19. She was always nice professional. It looks like PennyMac has an excellent team to work with. I am saying this not because I have my loan approval but this is true. I have always a good experience with PennyMac from 2016 therefore I wanted strongly stay with PennyMac not change my lender. Thank you for all your hard work Ceista and all other people. Karin
This was one of the easiest refinance ever. It was over before I realized it. With Covid, you would think things would be slower and more difficult. But the opposite was true from beginning to end.
