This is my second go around with Penny Mac and I don't think I can ever used another lender. You have the best customer service and truly care for your clients. Keep up the excellent work.
Because the first application basically went south due to the inexperience of my loan officer, I was very pleased to have the second round - other than computer glitches posing a problem with e-signature documents - go quite smooth and expeditiously. Taylor Fiorelli and Amanda Rowe were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They turned my initial bad experience into a completely positive one.
Refinancing team provided frequent updates throughout the process; exceptional customer service and prompt feedback from start to finish. Made sure I was completely satisfied with closing documents/terms of agreement.
The process was quick and easy.
The loan closing was moved back several times. Nicolas was extremely patient and helpful, unfortunately there were some things that transpired that those in leadership were not transparent about.
Due to the high volume of loans because of the low interest rates, and the fact that I was shopping around for the best prices, I felt like at some point in time prior to me working with Nicholas there was a little miss communication on both myself and PennyMac but was quickly resolved. When I went to sign the final documents it was nice to have money comming back but I was miss quoted by $128 on my monthly payments. Not a huge deal, you get what you pay for. PennyMac is worth every penny.

Everything with Justen and Corey was great. Got a lot of questions Wednesday to Friday (closing Monday) and had to wait over two hours at the title company for wire transfer and approval to fund. When we sold our home in Wisconsin and closed on that Friday, the closing took less than 15 minutes total and we were out of the office. The guys I worked with are great but the end of the process really left a lot to be desired.
Gina was very helpful, she always returned my call and gave me all the information I needed.
