Diana was excellent and stayed in contact with me almost daily with updates as we awaited the long back and forth with underwriting. Underwriting process was pretty annoying and unnecessarily long, that part of the experience sucked!

Always answered multiple questions and explained the process and kept me on track throughout the process
I have been working with Pennymac since 2014 for our home purchase in South Fl. My experience has been so good, that I continued to work with them on my most recent home purchase in Tallahassee. I opted for a VA loan. They are very knowledgeable and were able to secure a very good rate, even in this climate. If/when we purchase in the future, I will work with them again.
The whole process was very smooth. Good communication
As an officer handling a loan, one should be on top of their game and taking control of the process and not other way around… one has to own the moment, the event, the client’s personal loan.and must have a good relationship with the client on a one on one basis, having shared very deep and very private information. I wish the details of underwriting were disclosed prior to the beginning process, so no extra difficulty or aggravation are encountered. After the pre approval letter, the process was cumbersome, frustrating & tiring, I did ask to speak with supervisor regarding this, the processor Lori Gibson did an excellent job of gathering & communicating the needed information, also a VP Cody spoke with my husband and we got it all together and closed! Lori was super helpful and organized and Communicative, without her help (& the VP) we won’t have met the deadline on the contract! Thank you!
