Great experience
PM requested the same documents multiple times after I executed and emailed the documents to them, requiring unnecessary time and effort to then call PM. Charles did a good job in trying to rectify the issue and I can see he truly cared, but the execution of the process of receiving documents on PM's part was poor and uncoordinated. I think too many people were involved, all thinking the other person handled an issue, resulting in the issue not being addressed.
Process was good didn't like I kept getting asked for the same papers again and again made me worried and felt like the agent wasn't on top of things.
We've became customers when PennyMac purchased our first home loan in 2015. Since then we've loved it. Because we were so satisfied, we decided to use PennyMac for this home purchase.
I don't feel my communications person actually knows how to process a loan and what is required to process a loan and was just reading the prompts he was given through whatever system generated task list he was given. And when I asked for escalation to get more detailed communication then I was just shuffled to to different communications people rather than getting the specific person I had asked for, which really were just more people who read prompts rather than know the actual mechanics of loan processing. We've PennyMac to purchase two homes and they've has been great both times! They made the process smooth and answered all our questions.
I was dealing with three different people from PennyMac things went smother once I was only dealing with Charles Norice
Zero coordination between the people who asked for documents. Docs were sent 3 and 4 times. Expectations were unclear. I especially had difficulty with Andre. Very arrogant and always right. No customer service skills at all. Entire team needs an overhaul. One person needs to run the team. Not all.
