After the pre approval letter, the process was cumbersome, frustrating & tiring, I did ask to speak with supervisor regarding this, the processor Lori Gibson did an excellent job of gathering & communicating the needed information, also a VP Cody spoke with my husband and we got it all together and closed! Lori was super helpful and organized and Communicative, without her help (& the VP) we won’t have met the deadline on the contract! Thank you!

Lori’s interaction with us and her care, as well as the adjustments made when I had expressed my frustration not directly being treated as a already known customer, but a brand new one. It was swift and greatly carried out. I understand things have to go in certain, but there are ways which should reflect that you are an existing customer which, PennyMac knows already over an unknown. Lori and team did great!

Lori Gibson made the process seamless and easy from beginning to end. She was amazing to work with and very transparent. She set appropriate expectations before each phase of the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage!

Working with Sarah and Lori was amazing. Our loan got complicated because we kept making changes with our 1031 exchange but Sarah and Lori were there every step of the way making sure what we needed was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with!
The communication was great, she followed up on my phones and was very patient with us.
