Thanks to the professional manner in which Amanda Rowe and Philip Sandstorm helped me, I don't regret choosing Pennymac over Veterans United.
Everything was easy to follow; from uploading documents to closing. The communication was constant and to the point leaving no questions behind. Overall, it was a great experience.
Due to delays/communication on Pennymacs request of documents. My interest rates were much higher the second time we had to process my application. Maybe next time I will process just one application at a time to create less confusion. Not sure what happened but I submitted all requested docs and I was just waiting and waiting for a reply. Till I received no reply and I finally followed up. Only to find out later that I needed to redo or resend some of my documents.
Several people were in contact at all times with us and answered questions in a timely matter, though some had slightly different info on the same matters.
Great rate, quick rate lock, closed on time and all was perfect
