Seemed disorganized. Poor communication of needed documentation and inspections (specifically, water quality testing requirements). Clearer understanding of requirements would have made the process better and more efficient. Also, there were too many hoops to jump through to prove my income. Overall, I'm glad that I won't be purchasing another house for a long time. Process was exhausting.
There was a lack of communication from the processor. The terms that were disclosed were not what were approved and I wasn’t given an adequate explanation as to why. After getting a manager involved the terms were changed back to what was disclosed. The process took months without a good explanation.
