Everyone we were assigned to or help us were professional, friendly, very helpful. Very great experience
The process was pretty straight forward and I was able to do everything online. The loan officers were there to assist with any issues. The only issue I really had, was getting the final details after the appraisal, but once I realized it was all uploaded in the loan portal, I was able to review everything.
