Everything was great
Awesome good great communication and service
Deymian was not great with communicating needs. There were times I would call and leave a message and not receive a return call or if I did it would be days later. There were many times throughout the process that I would call the Pennymac number just to talk to someone else who would actually take care of answering questions that I could not get Deymian to answer. I was happy with the rate and loan, just not pleased with the service from Deymian. Very nice guy and pleasant to talk to.
Great company to work with
Too much reliance on the web portal. Too much of what amounted to a home-work assignment for me. I sent and submitted documents multiple times. If it was not where you demanded it to be, I had to then figure out why and how to correct. The company has constructed a terribly efficient process, but not a very resilient process.
