I have had many real estate loans in my 40+ years of building, buying and remodeling homes both commercially and personally. Penny Mac has been the best lender to work with. Surpassed only by my small town bank, but they are no longer doing RE loans. Penny Mac was efficient, quick, efficient and friendly during every step of the way. PM was recommended to me by my brother, a RE broker and my RE broker locally was so impressed she's going to start using PM for her clients.
Nicholas was great. The underwriters or whomever is in charge of reviewing documents are not. They requested the same documents multiple times and we're not clear with what they wanted. They made the process frustrating and repetitive.
Jesika was great to work with, I hope I'm able to work with her on my next purchase.
Sharyl was able to accommodate our seller's requests and expedite our tight closing deadline during the Florida real estate frenzy last fall. Kudos to Sharyl and the whole loan processing team!
