Too much reliance on the web portal. Too much of what amounted to a home-work assignment for me. I sent and submitted documents multiple times. If it was not where you demanded it to be, I had to then figure out why and how to correct. The company has constructed a terribly efficient process, but not a very resilient process. Anything out of the ordinary became my challenge to overcome. Your internal actions seem so compartmentalized that left hand cannot see right hand.
