We had such a smooth process refinancing our home and Amanda was so great to work with and would give us frequent updates on where we were in the process.
PennyMac was unable to produce a appraiser. My realtor had to find one. We nearly lost the sale because of this egregious delay. When calling PennyMac you always spoke with someone different and would get different responses. Although I was "assigned" to Josie, I could not call her directly. I had to go through their phone system and typically she would call me back after explaining the whole situation to someone different. It was a part time job (for me!) to get this loan processed.
