how soon can I get IRRRL?
Deymian was not great with communicating needs. There were times I would call and leave a message and not receive a return call or if I did it would be days later. There were many times throughout the process that I would call the Pennymac number just to talk to someone else who would actually take care of answering questions that I could not get Deymian to answer. I was happy with the rate and loan, just not pleased with the service from Deymian. Very nice guy and pleasant to talk to.
At the begging of my loan process, the communication with Penny Mac wasn’t that great. Sara Almanza was the only one who communicated things well and was very professional. Sara was awesome in helping me through my loan process.

Easy and convenient process via phone and email. The greatest part of my experience was the communication. I knew what was happening and what I was waiting for at all times and given very accurate timeframes for all processes.
Great customer service and was done in a timely manner
Jesika went above and beyond to make sure our out of state remote closing went on time!! She gave me her cell phone number and was available, even when it wasn’t business hours.
