Pennymac was great! Old Republic, the title agency, had some blips but that would be for a different review.

Everything was done electronically and online. It was an easy process to upload documents and Sharyl was available to answer any questions I had at any time. We did not close on the original scheduled date, but it had nothing to do with PennyMac. It was due to the appraiser assigned to my loan.
Easy process. Everyone at PennyMAC walked us through the options and the process. Sent notary for closing to our house.
After completing 3 other refi's through Penny Mac and had horrible experience, this experience exceeded my expectation!
