Penny Mac has been wonderful. The process was smooth and processed much quicker than anticipated. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Nicholas was great and did a good job of keeping in touch for every step of the process.
Although there were a few potholes early in the process, we were able to correct the issues and move the process forward. One can always anticipate bumps in the road between the lender and land title people, but getting them resolved in a timely manner deserves high marks.
