PennyMac has been the most helpful and easy to work with mortgage company I have dealt with.
It would have been better to know that the lots were included in the loan from day one and not have a call halfway until closing to say the loan was not approved. Also asking for pictures of the wooded land seemed pointless.
I think my experience was excellent and I appreciate Sara very much for all her help! You have an incredible employee working for your company and representing it well!
