Overall, we received prompt and accurate service wrt to obtaining a VA loan, which itself can be a daunting process. We're very happy with the end product. We couldn't have received a better rate and terms from anyone else.
I received regular and timely communication. Jazmin was friendly and went out of her way to ensure I knew what was going on.
Sharyl was great. My closing documents were inaccurate missing a lender credit discussed with the originator. This was NOT Sharlys doings. If wouldn’t recommend PennyMac for other practices, not Sharlys. She was amazing. I am still waiting on documentation that was removed from the server from Dominic and I was mislead by Gavin. There are still issues here that need to be resolved. But they have nothing to do with Sharly!
